In Memory of Dr. Mitra
A life dedicated to others, a story that demands change.
Dr. Mitra walked into a world renouned hospital on May 5, 2024, with mild dizziness, fully conscious and talking to family. What followed was a distressing sequence: put on ventilation while alert, later shifted to ECMO without full family consent, and tragically passed away on May 29, 2024.
The family's quest for answers was met with resistance—denied access to complete records, and crucial video footage allegedly deleted. A case has been filed in the Delhi High Court, seeking justice and accountability.
This is not an isolated incident. It’s a symptom of a systemic issue where transparency is often the first casualty.
DigiMitra was born from this pain and a resolve to ensure no other family endures such an ordeal. We believe technology can bridge the trust deficit and empower patients and their loved ones with the truth.
